Optimizing Life with Long-Term Conditions: A six-week workshop for individuals living with long-term conditions, and their caregivers

The Anemia Institute is preparing to launch a targeted patient self-management program in Ontario in 2006, called "Optimizing Life with Long-Term Conditions." The program supports individuals to take a more active role in managing their health. Visit www.ontpsm.net for more information.

Workshops are also planned for individuals undergoing cancer or Hepatitis C therapy, and those living with chronic anemia conditions like thalassemia, sickle cell disorder, aplastic anemia, and myelodysplasia.

More information coming soon.
