Fatigue Inventory

If you've noticed that you are sometimes overly tired, you might have anemia. Here are some common symptoms of anemia:

  • The most common is fatigue - or lack of energy
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Loss of sex drive
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Shortness of breath

The symptoms of anemia can become so severe that some people can become bedridden. They can't work or even perform basic daily activities, like grocery shopping or taking the dog for a walk. If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, you may have anemia without even knowing it.

If you think you could have anemia, complete the Brief Fatigue Inventory test, then print the results page and take it to your doctor to discuss your results.
