The biennial Anemia Conference took place at the Courtyard by Marriott (475 Yonge Street) in downtown Toronto on Friday evening September 14 & Saturday and Sunday September 15 & 16.

The Anemia Institute partnered with the Sickle Cell Association of Ontario, Thalassemia Foundation of Canada, Sickle Cell Society, and Sickle Cell Parents' Support Group (Ottawa) to host this educational conference on chronic anemia management, new research, and patient issues.
